Mô tả công việc
- Make material and equipment plan.
- Make detailed construction design drawing, including the type of material applied.
- Evaluate and make approval the M&E drawing & efficiency of M&E system.
- Evaluate the risk and proposal approaches for risk prevention in system.
- Evatuate of infratructure, equipment and material of the Restaurant.
- Make standardization & encod the equipment, tools and proposal the optimal solution in asset using.
- Make M&E handover
- Control the asset management cost.
- Make detailed construction design drawing, including the type of material applied.

- Graduated University relevant industry (Civil and industrial of Construction, Mechanical Electrical Refrigeration ...)
- At least 5 years experience at the similar position.
- Reporting and analytical skills.
- Good at MS Offices, Auto-cad, Power point...
