Mô tả công việc
1) To be involved in the washes from the beginning of developments.
2) Setup wash formula along with laundry development team, as well check for the appropriate chemicals are used.
3) Review washes for development samples & advise comments in all aspects of wash based on target / orig sample.
4) Advise corrective action for next round of samples.
5) Give callouts to Merch team for the wash development samples which are submitted to buyer.
6) Monitor if laundry follows the correct wash process on Blankets for bulk fabrics.
7) To check initial bulk washing (pilot lots) formula is aligned with wash development formula.
8) To establish shade bands from initial bulk lots & approve them jointly with authorized team member.
9) Visit in different departments of laundry to check for Dry process / Wet process / PP spray areas during the bulk production is in progress.
10) To do trouble shooting in case of any situation arising during bulk washing & advise remedies.
11) In case of lab test report Fails, should advise recommendation & corrective process to laundry.

- Experience between 6 - 8 years.
- Working with Garment Exporters laundry.
- Should have good knowledge about chemicals.
- Preferably the candidate should be working with reputed Denim manufacturers.
