Technical Lecturer/ Technical Trainer

Introduction of TGA Training Program:

TGA is Bosch’s technical industrial apprenticeship – a cooperation between Vocational School Lilama 2 and GIC/ AHK of Germany. TGA is the pioneer in Vietnam for the sustainable development of a skilled workforce. Every academic year, we recruit 24 students for 2 majors: Industrial Mechanic & Mechatronics. The duration of a standard training program is 3.5 years. Upon the completion, each apprentice will receive a Bosch certificate, AHK Vocational Certificate and LILAMA2 Vocational Diploma. During the study duration, apprentices will have the opportunities to undertake their internship with some of Bosch departments (e.g. Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Quality Management, Technical Functions, etc.) and after graduation, they can take part in the recruitment selection process to be qualified as an official associate at Bosch.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the training in plant which require to match with departments requirements in plant
- Coach and train the apprentice to gain the knowledge through rotating in departments in the plant
- Discuss, coordinate and arrange training courses in target departments
- Coordinate, guide apprentice in selection process at departments after graduation

2. Create the training documents follow German dual education system
- Analyze the required technical competencies, support and coach the apprentices to match with department
- Cooperate and transfer information with teachers in vocational college and external organizations for evaluation, lessons and examination

3. Manage and coach the group of apprentice e.g. training record, evaluation…
- Supervise, arrange time sheet, discipline, support apprentices…
- Evaluation, motivate and guide apprentices on training and career development

4. Responsible for organising the final examination part 1 and part 2 follow AHK/GIC VN requirements
- Cooperate with AHK/GIC VN and related department to organise the final examination part 1 and part 2 via analyzing the standards / requirements of German education standards
- Cooperate with departments to select the suitable project for graduation

5. Responsible for the marketing activities and support for recruiting apprentices
- Contact, cooperate with related parties to prepare and organise the events e.g. job fair, job orientation, ceremony events…
- Cooperate and contact with other Bosch plants to exchange knowledge for developing the program

- Graduated from technical universities
- Good command of English
- Work in manufacturing environment / technical department at least in 3 years
- Experience to manage group of people such as team leaders at least in 1 year
- Experience to work in technical competencies
- Experience to analyze the equipment, mechanic structure
- Experience to analyze the technical competence courses to adapt to department requirements
- Experience about the maintenance, repair industrial machines / production machines
- Experience about the safety requirements in mechanical production follow European standards
- Experience to operate Tooling machines / Metal cutting machines in 1 year
- Passion and motivation in training skilled technical associates
- Prioritize to have the experience about ISO TS 16949
