Technical Lead

The candidate is expected to both spearhead a technical team and work cross functionally with multiple other teams in a tight-knit mission-driven environment. The candidate must be strong at building relationships and dealing with a breadth of technical backgrounds.


Description

* Build and manage a team of software engineers to boost the productivity
* Work in collaboration with the business & marketing, product and design team to have the best deliverable

* Be able to provide the high quality reliable and scale-able engineering architecture with timely manner

* Perform timely design and code reviews

* Recruit and retain top talents in the team

* Provide mentoring and coaching to engineers in the team

* Explore new technologies in the market and recommend for the business.


Profile

* BS/MS in Computer Science or other related Degrees.

* Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in management/architect roles in software development

* A go-getter person with strong team leadership and inter-personal skills

* Expert level in at least 3 of the following programming languages: Java, .NET, ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript

* Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills

* Excellent teamwork and people skills

* Deep, hands-on programming and technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly

* Preferably having experience with both B2B and B2C products or service

* Preferably with some knowledge in Blockchain and AI
