Overall responsibility:
To research products, market and provide comprehensive technical solutions for customers in using Sika’s products.
Specific duties:
1. Work with other Technical team members to research and propose suitable products for customers.
2. Consult and conduct training for customers in using Sika’s products
3. Coordinate with Sales team to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer’s site.
4. Coordinate with Sales team and customers to conduct plant or lab trials.
5. Update market trend; aware and evaluate competitors’ products to timely report to superiors
6. Keep confidential company’s business information and documentation.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree in Construction Materials, Silicate Materials or equivalent
2. Experience in the field of technical or QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field; fresh graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
3. Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology, familiar with construction materials testing skills.
4. Good communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese.
5. Fluent in Microsoft Office.
6. Hard-working, reliable, organization skills.
7. Willing to travel
