Mô tả công việc
The Field Technical Engineer role provides technical support and manage customer’s IT system including server, operating system, virtualization, network firewall, network system as well as implementation new projects assigned.
General Description:
- Daily Investigate and troubleshoot issues OS/Application HW and Network for end users
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/ operational requirements.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
- Make/Maintenance document for support; Trouble/Incidents report.
- Presale: IT design for ITSM services to write technical Requirement Specifications which meet customer requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Background and experience:
+ Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications
+ Good communication (speaking and writing) skills in English or Japanese language
+ Cisco CCNA/CCNP and/or ITIL certified license and/or Microsoft certified is advanced
- IT skills:
* Server system:
- Knowledge and experience with Deploy/Configure/Monitor/Diagnose/Troubleshoot server software and hardware problems
- Knowledge and experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 OS
- Knowledge and experience with Domain, File Server, Virtual System, License System
* Network system:
- Knowledge and experience in TCP/IP for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network
- Deploy/Monitor/Maintain/Repair network cables, switch, router
* Security system:
- Knowledge and experience in security door/Security camera/Antivirus
* Infrastructure:
- Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment
- Co-operate with vendors to fix infrastructure devices: printers, copiers and scanners
* End-User support:
- Support end-user (onsite/remote/on phone) to resolve IT related problems.
- Train end-users use IT system.
- Soft skills:
+ Hardworking and willing to learn new things.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
+ Good report skill: Powerpoint, excel, word
+ Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays
