Technical Engineer

• Establish, organize and manage all activities of technical field of Factory;
• Digest the new drawing for new product from customer and work with production to make a sample for new product;
• Work with relevant departments to identify and get approval for the new materials;
• Work with QC and Production team to identify the Quality issue and work out the sollutions;
• Performing activities, controlling technical requirements - production technology, ensuring product quality (products include all kinds of natural wood doors, industrial, wooden furniture products …);
• Develop and develop technological processes, technical standards;
• Coordinate working with relevant departments, research and develop new products, new materials, new technologies, in accordance with the development orientation of the Company;
• Responsible for the control of raw materials, supplies and components used for the handling of technical issues, testing and research and development;
• Training, guidance, development for new products to workshop employees.

- At least 3 years or more in the same position. Wood Furniture and Wood door experience is preferential.
- Understanding knowledge of design, understanding of wooden furniture materials
- Understand the construction structure of wooden furniture, machinery and equipment in the production of wooden doors, wooden furniture
- Mastering the expertise, proficiently using software fish such as Autocad, 3D Max, Sketchup…
- Skills of communication, management, planning...
