Technical Engineer (Customer Engineer)

JOB OJECTIVES

- To finish technical support activities to dealers
- To finish the activities that be related to internal machines/parts such as part transformation, taking off part, rental
machines...
- Report on time

Technical support to dealers
• On-line technical support via telephone, email, internet
• On-side technical support
• Repairing/checking machines/parts that be sent form dealers
• Performance warranty cases

Performance activities that be related to internal machines/parts
• Part transformation, taking off part
• Preparing rental machines (support)
• Repairing internal use machine
• Checking return parts/machines

Data input
• Input machine and dealer information into Service application

Report and the others
• Report on time
• Supporting the other activities such as user guide printing, invoice printing…

- Having experience in printing product or electrical product.
- Teamwork skill
- Graduated from college/university, major technical/electronic/printing product
- Good technical knowledge, troubleshooting
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, teamwork.
- Good communication in English.
- Full time employment
