Mô tả công việc
Position 1:
- Answer incoming calls/emails and provide 1st support to customers.
- Daily investigate and troubleshoot issues OS/Application, HW and Network for end users
- Record requests and problems and solutions in logs system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been solved.
- Perform system daily check.
- Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Make/Create Web/VBA script/Macro (Excel) for automation task to improve working performance (Linux/Windows).
- Perform system health check periodically. Investigate to find root cause of parameter variance and submit solutions.
Position 2:

- In charge of the following systems:
+ Security door (manage and co-operate with vendor)
+ PBX (manage and co-operate with vendor)
+ TV meeting (video conference system)
+ Printer, Plotter, Multifunction devices, Projector (manage and co-operate with vendor)
+ Window system backup
+ Server room

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education level:
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT or Telecommunications.
- Have one or more international certifications in IT filed is an advantage: Cisco/Microsoft/ ITIL/ ...
- English or Japanese communication skills in both speaking and writing (Japanese is an advantage)
• Working experience:
- Have experience in IT customer service: Hardware/Software, Network, Security door, PBX, TV meeting (video conference system), Windows system backup …
- Have experience in Scripting and Task automation: Windows Script (VBS, PowerShell), Linux Script (Shell), Microsoft Office Script (Macro - VBA) is an advantage.
• Job skills:
- Server system:
+ Deploy/Configure/Monitor/Diagnose/Troubleshoot server software and hardware problems.
+ Have knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 OS.
+ Have knowledge in Domain, File Server, Virtual System, and Antivirus.
- Infrastructure: Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment.
- Network system: Have knowledge in TCP/IP for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network.
- End-User support: Support end-user (onsite/remote/on phone) to resolve IT related problems.
- Scripting and task automation is an advantage: Windows Script (VBS, PowerShell), Linux Script (Shell), Microsoft Office Script (Macro - VBA).
Basic knowledge in WEB languages, SHAREPOINT platform.
• Soft skills:
- Hardworking, attention to details and willing to learn new things.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Good report and document skill: PowerPoint, excel, word.
- Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays.
