- Implement the technical management, project implementation project, responsible for specific responsibility under the direction of the project manager.
- In charge of technical management of project works, elaboration of technical plans and approval of technical modifications of works.
- In charge of establishing the management flow, requirements and rules of technical management of the works, at the same time serious implementation.
- Responsible for receiving technical issues outside the project, exchanging technical issues under the project, validating the technical proposal, approving the design drawings and design plans of the design institute.
- In charge of technical management during the project implementation, including major technical issues in the process of solving works such as overall adjustment of technical requirements of items, technical assessment of the team, technical information collected by the supervisor.
- Carry out a review of the company report on technical issues during the project implementation, overall management of engineering materials management.
- Take charge of the work of gathering, arranging and archiving documents of the project works, ensuring complete and complete documents and project dossiers.
- Responsible for managing the quality objectives and schedule of works, based on the drawings, regulations and terms of the contract to manage the construction.
- Complete other tasks assigned on time.
- Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors

- Graduated from university or above related to electrical.
- Minimum of 03 years experience in equivalent position
- At least 07 years of experience in power plant
- Experienced in electrical design units, experienced in overall project design.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in operating a thermoelectric power plant, in the actual operation, use, maintenance of a thermal power plant or in the experience of construction.
- Have good technical and technical management skills, good communication and presentation skills, able to adjust the work and technical needs of the parties
- Ability to learn highly, learn quickly, learn the technical needs of related products of the company, and have a constructive opinion on the design, technical options of the project project
- Can use English or Chinese
