Mô tả công việc
- Own all aspects of technical design for the categories.
- Identify and complete Tech Pack with pertinent information.
- Identify and communicate potential construction or costing issues.
- Fitting of samples through various stages of process on dress form.
- Communicating fit comments via various computer program for efficient work.
- Ensure fit and grading consistency is applied across all categories.
- Working together with Patternmakers to resolve fit and construction challenges.
- Following-up on fit samples status
- Working closely with production team to stay on calendar and meet key dates.
- Supporting technical design team members with work overflow during deadline.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Experience/Education
- Over 3 years’ experience
- College/university degree in fashion related field is preferred
2. Skills
- Understanding of fit, fabric, trims, print placements and layouts
- Ability to work with a range of contemporary fabrications
- Knowledge of drape and comprehension of complex construction and fit corrections.
- Knowledge of construction methods and standards
- Proficiency in grading, tolerances and garment proportions across fabrications and styles.
- Knowledge of industry-relevant program (ex) CAD/webPDM/FLEX/Tradestone
- Strong application of Excel, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Great written and verbal communication in Eng for both internally and externally
- Ability to identify origin of fit issues, and present options to resolve
3. Qualities
- Highly organized in a fast paced environment and Detail oriented
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently during approaching deadlines
- Flexible team player with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and factories
- Proactive problem solver with a willingness to learn
- Maintain positive attitude and professionalism when under pressure
- Experience candidates can be considered to team leader
- Full package according to labor law
