Technical Business Analyst

- In charge of analyzing business requirements from many stakeholders to design and develop suitable solutions based on currently available systems, products, and setups.

- Design To-Be process, Data Model with the team and stakeholder.

- Design Wireframe, Mock-up, Screen Flow for Web-view/Mobile App.

- Follow up with any issues that arise from customers and internal team during testing and project duration.

- Organizing weekly meetings to update progresses, listen, and document stakeholders’ feedback to optimize solutions.

- At least 2-year experience in related fields.

- Knowledgeable in Modeling, Relation Entity Diagram designing, UML Language.

- Have experience in using Mock-up Design Application (Figma/Adobe XD/...).

- Ability to break a business requirement into small relevant details for further analysis and foresee any possible issue that might come when applying a specific solution.

- Strong documentation skill (Use-cases, SRS, Data Flow, State Machine, etc.)

- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Good time-management skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Flexible, self-motivated and have a strong sense of leadership.

- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

- Probationary 85% of official salary. To be granted leave during the probationary period.

- Monthly salary up to 1500 USD depending on capacity and minimum of 650 USD.

- Insurance regime as prescribed by law.

- Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (flexible), working hours:

   + Morning: 9 am to 11:30

   + Afternoon: 13h to 18h30

- Company trip 01 years at least 01 times.
