Mô tả công việc
- Report to: Project Director
- Legal procedure in pre-construction phase: participation and coordination of information and preparation of legal documents for the project;
- Design check and coordinate checking basic/technical design and 3rd party design verification;
- Value engineering in design phase;
- Design inspect while construction and make a solution in case of any design conflicts and problems.
- To coordinate, prepare documents and drawings in the design phase to serve through the legal process of the project (construction permits, project evaluation, design verification facility, engineering design . .. )
- Coordination, management of drawings and support to construction management , project director, chief engineer of the construction process .

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated: Architecture
- At least 07 years’ experience at managerial position in foreign invested company with relevant working scopes.
- Having experiences in legal procedure to get construction permit for township/high-rise building projects and master planning (1/2000, 1/500) approval.
- Experienced architectural design, the design standards (especially township/high-rise building project and master planning).
- Profound knowledge of overall design and legal procedure until getting construction permit.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCad and Revit Architecture
- Good at English communication skills;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Willing to contribute in our company for a long term
- Being teamplayer, enthusiastic, and responsible for work.
