Mô tả công việc
- Analyze, design and support implementation of Business process modelling workflow, based on Business requirements and specifications.
- Responsible for adhering to development standards and for performing regular code reviews to ensure compliance with those standards.
- Responsible for the technical solution within the PEGA tool including enterprise class structure, data model and application framework.
- As a member of an Agile Team, it will be required to participate in Scrum ceremonies to include daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Continuously provide technical hand-over to the IT Ops Team.
- Responsible for quality design and code; creating and updating solution architecture and technical design documentation.

- At least college degree, major in Information Technology or related areas.
- 5 years’ experience in programming, some exposure to technical architecture (SOA)
- Strong in OOP back end such as Java/ .Net/ PHP and etc.
- Good Database (Oracle), average in Web services, Front end.
- Good in logical, critical thinking, and problems solving.
- Committed to product quality & high service standards, continuously improve toward perfection.
- Work collaboratively with a willingness to listen and work in the fast-paced challenging environment.
- Pro-active, can do attitude; good English communication.
