The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Providing technical support of Air-conditioner for Authorized Service Center and dealers
• Monitoring and reporting quality of Air-conditioner in market
• Directly solving problems of Air-conditioner in market
• Supporting customers in using, operating, installing and repairing Air-conditioner
• Working with factories for quality improvement and spare parts reservation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College graduation or above in the field of Air-conditioning system.
• Having at least 1-2 years working experience in Air-conditioner repair and installation
• Strong technical and repairing skills of Air-conditioner.
• Knowledgeable in basic electronic is high priority
• Good computer skill, good attitude and manner
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Having at least 1-2 years working experience in Air-conditioner repair and installation
