Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and partners, especially Korean companies
- Support customers on technical consultant specially in Servo motors, Inverter, Motion
- Work with sales team to work out technical and commercial proposals
- Handle after sales service (warranty, spare parts, maintenance and inspection service, trainings, ...) and ensure customers's satisfaction, especially Korean customers.
- Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner, especially for technical and after sales service issues.
- Pursue sales lead, promote products and conduct orders for solutions, products, engineering, service, training, part sales and repairs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical
- General working Experience: >= 1 years working experience in mechanical and electrical engineering (build machines, servo motor, PLC, Motion controllers).
- Working experience in competitor’s companies or competitor’s partners/distributors and/or in competitor’s products is an additional advantage (e.g., Mitsubishi, Panasonics, Keyence, Delta …)
- Foreign language:
+ Good English skills are required.
- Skills: PLC programing, HMI Design & programing, Application programing (Eg: C#, VB,.), Embedded programing (C, C++)
- Frequent travels required.
