Technical & Quality Officer (HCM)

*The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Providing technical support of Air conditioner for Authorized Service Centers, dealers.
- Monitoring and reporting quality of Air conditioner in market.
- Direct solving serious problems of Air conditioner in market.
- Supporting customer in using, operating, installing, testing & commissioning and repairing Air conditioner.
- Working with factory for quality improvement.

*Working Location: Service Center of Panasonic in Dist. 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

- College graduation or above in the field of Air conditioner system.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Air conditioner repairing & installation
- Strong technical, installation, testing & commissioning, repairing skills of air conditioner, especially FSV/VRV
- Knowledgeable in basic electronic is high priority.
- Good computer skills, good attitude and manner.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
