Technical & QA Manager

• Establishing and controlling technological processes for production;
• Establishing system to prevent and control the root causes of product quality defects;
• Setting up and implementing processes new models development;
• Setting up norms and control norms of factory;
• Advising senior manager on relevant issues in the factory;
• Managing operations of technical & QA department, lab room, inspection room & chemical warehouses;
• Maintaining good relationships with other departments and divisions in the company;
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Graduated from the intermediate school of chemistry industry or higher
- Good knowledge of textile and dyeing production
- Having over 3 years of experience in designing RCP for continuous and discontinuous bleaching, experience in designing RCP on stenter machines.
- Understanding of quality requirements of input fabric and especially dyed-finished cloth (experience in fabric coating factory is an advantage)
- Having 3 years or more experience in the operation of continuous equipment (continuous bleaching machines, continuous washing machines, stenter, CPB and sanfor machines.
