Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or Manufacturing Engineering degree plus 2 years related experience in related field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with extrusion equipment and process development.
• Demonstrated experience of a detailed and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with and effectively teach associates of all levels including managers, engineers, machine operators, quality technicians, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
• Proven project management and documentation skills.
• Preferred additional qualifications in Extrusion Technology:
• Sheet extrusion experience.
• Co-extrusion experience.
• Knowledge of thermoplastic urethane processing.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery, with strong knowledge in both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in Design of Experiments and strong statistical skills.
* Required Management Ability of Job.
• Communication & effective meeting skills.
• Project management.
• Pressure endurance.
* Required Basic Competency and Qualification of Job.
• English language level: Average (TOEIC ≥ 520).
• Applied computer ability: Microsoft office application .
* Prefer Technical skills & Certificated
• Take charge of facilities preparation for machine/equipment installation & relocation.
• Have good knowledge in Mitsubishi; Rockwell Automation (AB); Siemens or related PLCs programming, HMI design & Automation applications for specific candidates who had major’s Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Can build up 3D conceptual design of Fixture, Tooling by Solidworks, Powershape, Inventor, Pro-engineer, Mechanical AutoCAD software.
