Team Leader (Front-End/back-End)

• Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.

• Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.

• Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.

• Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.

• Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.

• Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.

• Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.

• Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.

• Lead team 3~ 5 members

• Report to Leader and Line Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other IT-related fields.

• Master .NET and/or Java programming language.

• Strong background in Database Processing.

• Understand well in Software Development Processes.

• Understand Design Document in Japanese language.

• Good design documentation is required.

• Japanese N3 level or above.

• Knowledge in Informatica is an advantage.
