Team Leader Designer ( UI/UX )

-Experience on both website and graphic design

-Manage and assign tasks to designers.

-Estimate & control time for team/project.

-Cooperate with the Project Manager/Client to analyze the high-level requirements of the upcoming campaign website projects from the clients.

-Translate the requirements and convey them clearly to your team members in order to create user-friendly, intuitive and functional designs.

-Work with cross-functional colleagues from the start to the launch of a final product.

-Control the quality of design team.

-Coach and further develop team members.

- Minimum 3 years experience in UX/UI Design and social media graphics 

- Experience with Web responsive design, Mobile Phones app design.

- Experience with mockup, wireframe, prototypes.

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

- A portfolio of your work

- Be able to communicate in English 

- Have knowledge Invision will be an advantage. 

- Have experience in graphic design, social media graphics, banners ads, and other product graphics is a plus
