Mô tả công việc
• Assist Supervisor in ensuring department goals are met
• Recommend solutions and service recovery to service concerns/problems
• Responsible in deploying staffing when necessary
• Ensure high service level when responding to customer’s enquiries
• Capable of handling and providing solutions to customer’s complaints timely and accurately
• Able to coordinate with relevant departments (e.g. Center, Hub, Brokerage, etc.) effectively
• Assist Supervisor in maintaining department procedures
• Assist to lead the group in day to day operations
• Assist to lead the group in the absence of the Supervisor
• Compile daily statistic reports
• Handle inbound calls where required to stay current with customer expectations
• Take escalated calls
• And any other duties assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and telephone skills
• Positive working attitude, initiative, patient and service oriented
• Able to work independently
• Microsoft skills is a pre-requisite
