Mô tả công việc
Vietnam Investments Group has demand to seek Team General Manager for E-sport Company. The company is the leading professional E-sport team in Vietnam with 50 players across 4 titles, 15 management staff as well as a world famous coach.
Oversee and manage team’s brand development and finances.
• Find sponsors for the team by developing a media package with KPIs.
• Identify capabilities and weakness; maximize internal assets; find efficient and effective solutions to plug gaps to ensure we are delivering on our stated commitments to sponsors.
• Exercise strong leadership internally by bringing together internal stakeholders (eg, coaches, managers, players, support staff)
• Communicate regularly and effectively with BOD in part by developing reporting templates and schedules—at the minimum, provide weekly updates across all business lines and projects.
• Carry out BOD decisions to their fullest extent.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all members of the team.
• Find qualified 3rd party service providers to bolster the team’s brand and services.
• Oversee and report our online activities.
• Organize offline events to promote brand and fan base.
• Craft presentations and proposals in both MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Overtime and weekend work should be expected.
• Travel will also be necessary to follow teams to regional and global tournaments.
• Carry out other related work as assigned by BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree or higher
• English language proficiency. Bilingual is a plus.
• Willing to Travel and comfortable meeting customers/sponsors
• 4 years + of general work experience
• Sales & marketing experience is a plus but not necessary
• Passion and understanding of the business of sports and digital media
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
• Must reside in Ho Chi Minh City
• Local Vietnam work permit a plus
• English language proficiency. Bilingual is a plus.
• Willing to Travel and comfortable meeting customers/sponsors
• 4 years + of general work experience
