DIGITAL FINANCE INTERNATIONAL
Division: Accounting & Finance
Reporting line: Head of Finance
Department: Accounting
Subordinates: 1 – 3 staffs
1. Overall responsibilities:
− Apply knowledge of tax compliance and tax accounting principles to ensure all tax reports are in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standard and all relevant laws
− Offer knowledgeable tax advice across company departments.
2. Job description:
− Work with business analysis team to get principal balance by DPD for each customer
− Calculate bad debt provision expenses by each customer and reconcile with the total calculated numbers from Chief Accountant
− Print-out bad debt provision reports and get signatures from the council of receivable control
− File database and physical documents in the manner of tax requirements
− Prepare and collect written documents proving for the collection process to bad debt clients:
a) Extract and store collection SMS
b) Prepare bad debt list which were sent to the collections agencies with both sides signing
c) Prepare give-up list from the collections agencies with both sides signing
d) Send bad debt letters by post
− Cross-check and file other tax reports: VAT, CIT, WHT
− Reconcile with tax authorities regarding to tax payable (receivable) balance
− Work with tax authorities during the tax inspection
− Search and provide the update of tax regulation regarding to our business
− Make ad-hoc task related to the tax section
− Follow up to fix tax issues from the past

3. Application and Job requirements:
3.1. Application requirements:
− Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related majors (preferably in the field of Tax, Auditing, Accounting, or related fields)
3.2. Job Requirements:
− At least 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience in tax (experience in Big Four accounting firm will be a plus)
− Good knowledge of local tax legislation
− International taxes knowledge and experience will be a big plus
− Fluent English communication orally and verbally
− Strong teamwork, communication and management skill
