Mô tả công việc
o Work with finance team, respective departments and regional tax team to ensure tax reporting, filing and accounting compliance;
o Submit DTA notice & dossier to tax authorities in accordance to taxation administrative procedure;
o Monitor tax activities and uncertain tax position, and manages audit risk;
o Update regional finance tax regulations in terms of impact on business operations and financial reporting;
o Tax liabilities & expenses are transparently and accurately recorded & reconciled against the tax declaration & finalization;
o Keep good relationship with tax authorities and build up good tax public relation image for the company;
o Spend more time at work for month-end accounting closing or quarterly tax or regulatory filings;
o Works on special projects, if requested; assist with yearly audit preparation and oversee accounting procedures, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing), and database management;
o Randomly audit work flow to assure that all accounting transactions are appropriately authorized;
o Maintain good relationships with colleagues from other shipping lines, share group efforts and work on solutions to problem areas;
o Assist Finance Manager with customers and promote a helpful team environment in the department.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Working experience: at least 5 years in accounting and finance profession
- Experience in shipping or FF industry is a plus
- Knowledge:
+ accounting and tax regulations
+ tax documents: Law, Ordinance, Resolution, Decree, Decision, Directive, Circular, Official Letter
+ law and commerce
+ database of Accounting Information System
- Skills: problem solving, good communication, analytical skill, interpersonal skill, leading change, positive toward changes, able to work independently
- Personalities: proactive, dynamic
- English: good, especially speaking and writing skills
- Computer: good at Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
