Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and aims to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today Traveloka is expanding its reach by operating in 5 countries and experimenting with new endeavours that will create large impact in the markets and industries we touch.
In our fast expansion in Vietnam market, we are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist who:
- Understand Tax Reporting and statutory accounts disclosure of tax figures (i.e tax accounting, tax payments, tax receivable/prepaid) for each local country;
- Review tax reporting, tax returns, tax calculations. Prepare CIT Calculations;
- Conduct tax research on technical issues on local (countries) issues;
- Proactively interact with internal stakeholders within finance/tax/accounting team;
- Understand the figures on the financial report on each country and what are the tax implications;
- Support to set up proper documentation of tax returns, tax supporting documents in accordance with the domestic tax laws and regulations;
- Ensure the timely and correct execution of all tax matters;
- Understand the intercompany transactions within the group and the tax implications that related;
- Proactively working with the local (MY/TH/VN/PH) tax consultants if there are any tax issues in transactions/ other daily local operations and preparing the tax returns;
- Proactively working with the local tax staff if there are any tax issues in transactions/other daily local operations and preparing the tax returns;
- Making Tax Reconciliation on each entities tax returns with TB from accounting.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-3 years experience as a consultant from big four companies;
- 1-2 years experience in an MNC is preferable;
- Have ever handled local tax audit;
- Holding certified qualification from the local authority (eq. brevet in ID);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous;
- Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive;
- Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative;
- Independent worker, who is able to work well with minimal supervision;
- Fast learner with the ability to work well under stress.
