Mô tả công việc
- Member in tax advisory projects and support manager in controlling the project
- Conduct relevant client meetings during the project individually/ jointly with the managers
- Prepare project deliverables as specified in scope of work
- Prepare data pack for presentations
- Act as key member in making proposals and approach notes
- Advise on taxation and keep up to date with regulations on taxation.
- Drafting / negotiating transaction documents and legal advice in English and Vietnamese.
- Continuously update the decrees, decisions of Tax authorities and consult for businesses and management to apply for the company to be tax effective and comply regulations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Strong academic record. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, Law would be beneficial but not essential.
- Tax Practicing Certificate of Vietnam required.
- Having deep knowledge of tax law in Vietnam for ad hoc advisory on all kind of taxes;
- Having sound knowledge of international taxation including rules on permanent establishments, international tax structuring, cross – border
PIT and related international tax matters
- At least 2-3 years of experience in charge of tax matters in international advisory firms
- Advanced / fluent English both verbal and written. German is a benefit.
- Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Efficient communication skills, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to think analytically and logically and to analyze problems with the aim of implementing practical solutions
- Is pro-active, takes initiative and radiates confidence
- Strong client orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and contribute at all levels as necessary in order to deliver the client product
