Tax & Treasury Accountant

1. Taxation:
• Prepare/ Submit VAT, CIT, WHT to Tax department as regulations
• Submit online for billing, change information on tax online, frequent docs tasks to tax office, Tax advising to others
• Transfer Pricing Management: Annual TPD preparation, liaise with Global Tax and external auditor, periodically updating changes from Gov
• Tax management: fully responsible and accountable for all taxation matters including but not limited with preparation and consults compliance VAS tax reports in correlating with IFRS standard, tax audit and taxation forecast and/or all required tax tasks
• Tax saving initiative and ensure timely and accurate filing of all kinds of tax returns
• Plan, direct, and execute various tax projects
• Research the implications of tax laws and advise company on tax related issues
• Act as the key point of contact and support for local, regional, and global taxation matters
• Statistic & other reports to Gov. Offices

2. Treasury:
• Offline payment/ Overseas payment: Check, prepare and post manually payment transactions on SAP. Processing on Citidirect
• Handling for banking issues: outgoing/incoming payment, Citidirect problem for users, clarification requirement from the bank, support Collection team for checking remittances
• Bank Guarantee control: Review BG list every month, remind related team to send BG renewal request/receive request to create new BG. Raise TOS and follow up
• Cash flow management: Planning & appraisal of cash flow plan
• Closing activities: Download bank statement and ensure bank reconciliation matching every month

3. Others:
• Being backup role for Financial Accounting Manager (FAM) to ensure reporting information continuity
• All other duties as reasonably requested by FAM

• Bachelor degree (major in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standard, tax, legal
• At least 5 years experiences in Tax position. Working experience in express & transportation service field is referable
• Experienced in Transfer Pricing Tax management
• Knowledge of accounting operation & common accounting software
• Industry practice and statutory requirement
• Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Proficient in SAP preferred
• Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to address issues and effect change, critical thinking
