Tax Accountant

We are looking for high calibre individual who is hands-on in daily operations. He/she is experienced in tax and accounting. Higher or enlarged responsibility can be offered to the outstanding candidate in the near future.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and check VAT invoices input and output monthly.
Prepare VAT accounting entry closing and reconcile sales, VAT in accounting system with VAT report monthly.
Prepare and check VAT report monthly.
Prepare internal delivery notes and sales invoices usage report quarterly.
Prepare all other reports of VAT refund process and match with accounting book monthly.
Work directly on explanation of data providing records with auditors and tax authorities.
Possess knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations.
Manage and store records, documents.
Perform other assigned tasks (CIT, FCT, others statutory reports, Accounting …)

Work Location: Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, HCMC

At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably with multinational company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Auditing
CPA, ACCA (associate or qualified) is a plus
Good command of English & Vietnamese
Familiar with accounting systems & local tax regulations, good analytical & people skills, able to meet deadlines & work under pressure, a team player.

This is a renewable contract-based position. More details can be discussed during interviews.
