Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in cartography and GIS, environment science, land management, geography
• Minimum two (2) years progressively responsible GIS systems experience with a computerized GIS such as ArcGIS, mapinfo, QGIS, microstation, autocad .

Skills and Abilities
• Must be proficient in ArcGIS. AutoCad, microstation is a plus
• Must be proficient in digitizing, plotting and drafting techniques and procedures, as well as data collection using GPS equipment.
• Familiar in GIS database planning, design, and implementation.
• Having knowledge about programming, and database Server (postgreSQL, Microsoft SQL server) is a plus
• Having knowledge about webgis is a plus (Arcgis server, geoserver, mapserver)
• Having knowledge remote sensing is a plus.
• Ability to manage and lead team members
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals, as well as ability to write such documents for use by others.
• Ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently with guidance
• Toiec 500-550 is advantage
