Mô tả công việc
● Support to Design & Develop beCulture to build High Performance Team.
● Execute Continuous Performance Management embracing with OKR philosophy
● Administers and supports approaches (e.g. high-potential development programs) to ensure that the organization’s leadership needs are met.
● Execute individual development plans (IDPs) for Core Team (Core Team Development Program)
● Administers and supports Internal Affairs and organizational programs designed to improve employee attitudes and culture (e.g., social events, employee engagement, recognition, job enlargement/enrichment, workplace flexibility).

● Principles of effective performance appraisal (e.g., goal setting, giving feedback).
● Application of behavioral assessments (e.g., personality assessments).
● Organizational performance theories, structures, and approaches
● Project Management Skills, Job analysis and identification of job requirements
● Good and effective communication
● Good interpersonal skills
● Ability to build relationship across many fronts
● Ability to operate in a diverse workplace
● Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times
● Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any IT-related discipline
● 3-5 years of relevant working experience in reputable companies
● Application of behavioral assessments (e.g., personality assessments).
