Mô tả công việc
- Collect and verify payroll information from original sources such as appointment letters, overtime claim forms and payroll allowances and deduction
- Print & distribute payslips after payroll has been approved and submitted to the bank for payment
- Declare social insurance and PIT for employees.
- Generate employee reports annually for income tax filing, submit Income Tax Returns for foreigner employees

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management.
- Hospitality experience is advantage
- Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefit experience.
Work Place: Cát Bà- Hải Phòng
* Benefit
- Working time: 5 days / week.
- Probationary salary 100%.
- Attractive salary
- Cash subsidy for opening: 500,000 VND / month.
- Health care insurance.
- Support for 3 meals, staff housing and laundry.
- Participate in English classes, swimming lessons and team building activities.
- Participating in training programs of Accor Group and being certified.
- Transferred between departments and hotels in the same group if showing good competence.
- Participate in and contribute to social and charitable activities such as Against Child Sexual Abuse, Planet 21, etc
