Mô tả công việc
Assist Unit Head in developing and maintaining the recruitment plans & budget for the acquisition activities
Execute assigned monthly/yearly recruitment plan of the team and manage team to achieve the highest fulfillment rate while ensuring quality of new hire
Resolve recruitment related issues
Actively propose and participate the implementation of recruitment solutions, sourcing initiatives and talent mapping
Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfill the recruitment needs.
Proactively assist or coordinate with HRBP to provide resources solutions to BU from both internal transfer / adjustment and external hiring
Manages work assignment of team ensuring appropriate work assignment, smoothness and continuity of operations.
Train / Coach and develop team member to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement.
Undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Talent Acquisition

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 05 years of recruitment experience while at least 1 year in managerial level (Headhunting & Industry mapping skills are preferred).
• Highly skilled in recruitment, operation, communication, negotiation, presentation
• Good networking skill
• Great headhunting skill and industry mapping (people research)
• Skilled in candidate competition tracking & management
• Creative, dynamic and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth
• Team building, coordination and follow- up skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership to work with all organizational levels
• High learning ability
• Self-motivation ability
• Fluent in English communication skill
