(*) JOB SUMMARIES:
Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient developing /implementing talent sourcing strategies with high professional service level of hiring process and employer branding in order to supply the business with a pipeline of high caliber talent that harvest strong business performance, reflecting the organization’s employee value proposition and talent acquisition policies.
(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Talent sourcing strategies
• Align with Talentnet Talent strategy as a critical part of the HR strategy to attract, select and develop talent pool to support the business agenda at the right time with high professional service level.
• Lead recruitment function that proactively and strategically meets with business leaders and hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Ensure to build, maintain and develop talent pool which will be developed through internal sources, networking, advertising, referrals.
• Connect and engage with key targeted Universities/Colleges to build up the pool of students and fresh graduates.
2. Hiring process
• Work with hiring managers/ internal stakeholders to conduct recruitment process and ensure to provide quality assessment,
• Exchange timely and necessary information for the related internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin) in daily activities to fulfill their tasks;
• Ensure good coordination to deliver the high quality experience to the candidates and hiring managers.
3. Employer branding
• Involve in update recruitment procedure for company
• Support HRH to develop employer branding strategy based on EVP to attract talents of all sources, eg. Fresh graduates, professionalsand mid-career recruits.
• Conduct Employer Branding activities to leverage the interest of HR industry and position of Talentnet as a “Talent Hub” via social media platforms.
4. Onboarding Program:
• Develop practical on-boarding processes to help new comers to understand the business context, their role and how thay can move to performance mode to deliver business result in a shortest time possible and improve employee experience.
(*) Self-learning & Growth:
• Demonstrate willingness to learn
• Involve in HR development activities
• Participate in seminars for knowledge update
• Learn from experience/mistakes gained from current works
• Sharing knowledge of job functions to other members in team (obligation) and in company
• Build and develop a high performance team.
(*) Major Challenge:
• Ensure that Talent sourcing strategies and attraction programs & activities alined with business requirements & People strategy
• Keep high standards in all activities
• Adapt to changes and continuous improvement
• Manage the workload effectively and efficiency
• Build up strong relationship and get trust from internal employees and external clients

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related majors
Essential
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in HR field from which 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition management role.
• Experience in recruitment and candidate assessment.
• High proven record of relationship management and leadership skills.
• High level of organisational awareness.
• Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices along with strong business acumen
Desirable
• Experience working in the MNC or professional services industry.
Abilities/Skills
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Excel skills and data analysis
• Ability to prioritise with a strong delivery mentality
• Ability to be pushing through the bigger picture and at the same time having the necessary attention to detail is essential.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• High level of problem solving and analytical ability
• Growth Mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related majors
