Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your Tasks:
• Recruitment and selection: expertise in mass recruitment, job posting, screening, test, interview, welcoming new staff on board.
• Be responsible of recruitment process from the beginning to the end.
• Set up & develop a talent pool of candidate in advance based on the recruitment plan of the company.
• Build a networking in IT outsourcing industry, deploy the relationship of the employee to get more candidate.
• Analyze the recruitment need, make the report, follow up of recruitment.
• Coordinate and join recruitment events: career day, job fairs, campus recruitments
• Employee engagement: active role in creating and maintaining a motivated working environment.
• Follow up and conduct the meeting with new comer and team leader during probation period.
• Conduct the induction process, employee on- boarding.
• Manage the budget of recruitment for APAC region
• Other administrative tasks related to HR Group system

Required skills:
 Good command of English and Vietnamese. Written and spoken
 Good interpersonal and communication skills
 Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
 Team oriented
 Professional, positive and pro-active at all times. Ability to work autonomously with full support but independent and driven.
 Well organize, time management
 Hard working, enthusiasm loyalty

 Familiar with social media, resume database and professional networks.
 Familiar with both foreign and Vietnamese working environment

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with recruitment especially in IT industry
• Good research skills, autonomous, creative
• Communication: Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
