Mô tả công việc
You will manage and coordinate all recruitment activities at Formos Vietnam.
- Design and run recruitment & talent attraction programs & strategies
- Foster initiatives & continuous improvement in recruitment
- Manage efficiently the use of channels, tools, and methodologies in recruitment and set up social media communication strategies for different job profiles
- Partner with hiring committee in the candidate selection process (screening, shortlisting, testing, interviewing)
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Provide regular recruitment-related reports and analysis to the management team
- Strategize and implement employee retention plan
- Support Admin staff with organizing events and activities
- Work on HR projects to enhance the candidate's experience
- Perform related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment field
- Excellent interpersonal skills & strong leadership
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, analytical skills, well organized, detail oriented, problem-solving
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to think outside of the box and take initiatives
- Proficiency use of Microsoft Office, Internet and email
- Ability to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employment records
- Good sense of humor, honesty, integrity and willingness to be part of a solution
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Background in Business Administration, HR or a big plus in IT
