1.Recruitment circle life: In-charge of full recruitment circle life from receiving recruitment order to sourcing and hiring operation.
2. Talent pool: Enlarge database of pool candidates by discover new source, widen network and build up talent mapping of critical skill.
3. Employer Branding: Work with TA team to organize Tech-Talk, Career Fair...annual with creative traffic-drive activities.
4. Social Media: Take care of running social media for Recruitment activities.
5. HRIS activities: Daily update candidate status and new-hire information to system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years of hiring experience as an internal and/or external recruiter, preferably IT hiring experience.
• Have good knowledge of IT labor market and wide network of IT professionals
• Result-oriented and can-do attitude is a must
• Good English skills, can work under high pressure.
