With our constant business expansion, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Operation Officer who is responsible for building and analyzing recruiting data and collaborating with other teams to ensure huge manpower demands onboard timely
Responsible:
- Responsible building database, posting job adverts and driving all recruitment activities through the applicant tracking system (Websites, Social Media)
- Collaborating with recruiting team to understand their current processes and ensure the on-boarding process are applied consistently
- Checking new employee documents and conducting the reference checks
- Provide candidates support with pre-employment onboarding details to ensure all necessary candidate information is provided
- Proactively finding opportunities to help the recruiting team be a center of operational excellence
- Provide excellent customer service by providing status updates and proactively notifying teams of any delays
- Responsible creating user ID and pre-arrival sending out to all new hires and relevant parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Directly reporting to the Head of HR

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1-3 years of recruiting/ HR operation experience, preferably in banking recruiting;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and team work spirit
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Candidate and Applicant Tracking Systems
- A growth mindset and proven ability to think of creative solutions.
- Empathic and seeks diverse perspectives
- Willing to learn, accountable and independent at work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and team work spirit
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
