Talent Acquisition Officer

 Work with Department Head to understand the responsibilities and requirements of positions to be filled.
 Propose and execute different approaches to attract candidates, post and follow up on the job boards.
 Source, screen CV and input to the database.
 Ensure the selected candidate to meet company’s needs
 Arrange the interview and follow up with Department Head on staffing actions.
 Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner.
 Participate in activities of employer branding.
 Make the report of recruitment for internal use.
 Provide consultancies to company’s current compensation and benefit program to enhance the package’s competitiveness.
 Participate in marketing activities of introducing and inspiring people.

 Good command of English Communication is a must (at least TOEIC 700).
 Experience in recruiting is a must.
 Understanding of Labor Law and relevant regulation.
 Can-do attitude.
 Pro-active, detail oriented, trustworthy and enthusiastic.
 Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
 Competency of Microsoft applications (especially in Excel, PowerPoint).
