Mô tả công việc
• Handle resourcing & selection process and activities.
• Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job announcements in order to find the right person at the right time.
• Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain external relationship with recruitment service, university, headhunter, etc…
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
• Weekly report for current recruitment status.
• Arrange the onboarding to welcome newcomers. Collect new comers’ documents to meet Company’s requirements.
• Support to organize the company events, activities.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct manager and management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree.
• At least 03 years’ experience in Recruiting/ Staffing.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• High sense of responsibility, result-oriented and enthusiasm
