Mô tả công việc
Reporting to HR Manager, you will directly conduct all talent acquisition activities serving the offices in Ho Chi Minh City, and coordinate with HR teams to ensure that the recruitment targets are met at highest standard, and within the timeline. You will define and advise effective Recruitment strategy to drive Reddoorz Vietnam to success.
Responsibilties:
o Define proper recruitment strategy and actions for open posts from early stage to onboarding;
o Develop, and push the team towards active and creative recruitment approaches/solutions to increase efficiency;
o Coordinate and develop partnership with strategic local/international universities or hiring partners;
o Actively carry out, and/or join in activities and initiatives for the purposes of talent acquisition and employer branding;
o Join in workforce planning, coordinate the recruitment plan for Vietnam market;
o Ensure efficient and positive communication & collaboration with stakeholders and candidates;
o Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency;
o Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding experience and integration for new comers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
o Strong knowledge and competencies in recruitment, including newest approaches using social networks or other practices;
o At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment either in a corporate environment or headhunting agency;
o Working experience in startups/ e-commerce/ hospitality is preferred;
o Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred;
o Sociable person with strong capabilities in interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
o Open mind, great ability to adapt to and learn new things;
o Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility, result focus;
o Ability to work under high pressure and strong presentation skills;
o Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
