Talent Acquisition Manager/ HR Manager

• Understand and love what we do, and transmit that enthusiasm to the candidate
• Work with the team to create comprehensive and appropriate Job Descriptions
• Use multiple recruiting sources and advanced techniques to identify candidates
• Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc.
• Screen, interview, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews with requester
• Attend diversity focused technical / HR events
• Maintain good relationships with each candidate and keep a list of high potentials
• Manage the hiring process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the
team
• Implement best practices to improve the recruitment process
• Coach other recruiter(s)/ HR members
• Be responsible and supervise the work of C&B executive and HR executive
• Share the same vision with the Board of Directors and anticipate recruitment plans and actions

● 12+ years of working experience
● 8+ years of experience in Recruitment of which at least 5+ in a Tech company
● Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and
English) and negotiation skills
● Positive “can-do” attitude & team player
● Independent problem solver
● Very organized
● Very good in sourcing !
