The Talent Acquisition Leader position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR priorities for main focusing on recruitment & selection, on boarding process.
In charge of delivering recruitment target
Strategize with hiring managers to accomplish business growth goals and target set for you own team
Build talent pool for assigned recruitment target of Global Career
Verify and consult recruitment requirement
Initial screening of candidate for baseline qualifications
Coordination of Interview logistical arrangements
Provide feedback to candidate and hiring manager
Initiate on boarding process & Probation follow-up and confirmation
Labor contract document preparation and issuance
The recruitment data (including but not limit candidate database & reports)
Actively manage client expectations before delegating assignments to staffs
Provide on-going and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added services like career guidance.
Maintain ongoing contacts with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Explore additional opportunities through contact with candidates and clients to grow the business and job opportunities for our candidates
Initiate various channels for candidate approaches and maximizing the candidate pool

Yêu cầu ứng viên
5-6 years of working experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, human resources services or as line manager for a particular industry with additional HR knowledge and experience.
Sound knowledge of all applicable HR Law and regulations
Proven customer service skills and result oriented
Able to take initiatives for new ideas
Strong management skills
Ability to coach, train and develop staff members.
Ability to negotiate and motivate effectively with staffs and clients
Ability to work in professional manner and with multiple deadlines
Effective communication skills, written and verbally in both Vietnamese and English
Sound knowledge of all applicable HR Law and regulations
