- Posting & sourching candidates
- Manage and write content, design Job ads in all recruiting channels, linkedin, company fanpage
- Conduct pre-interview and testing section
- Collaborate with hiring Managers to arrange the interviews as well as to collect information supporting to enhancing the productivity
- Connect and expand network with headhunters
- Updating database of candidates, job descriptions, department functions
- Collaborate with HR & IT team to prepare the welcoming procedures for new comers
- Arrange and execute internal & external events related to recruitment such as Job Fair at universities, workshop,...
- Making monthly & quarterly report and hiring plan
- Be in charged of implement activities to increase Employer branding on social media and public events
- Other admin tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager

- Fluent English communication
- Experienced of hiring C-level, expats
- Prefer candidates who are creative, good at content writting and multi-tasks
- Candiates who have digital marketing, design (photoshop, brochures, flyers...) or event organization skills will be a plus
- Strong network and recruitment skills
