Mô tả công việc
• Support on Recruiting database in both hard copy and HR – TalentLink system
• Support on Talent Acquisition (TA) admin work to ensure the TA operations work smoothly and correctly: issue offer letter, payment process, training, onboard for new hires, logistics, etc.;
• Support Employer Brand materials for online and offline activities
• Research and recommend best practices for digital talent attraction efforts
• Support on other TA related projects (ad hoc)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fresh graduate holding a bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related majors, and can work full-time 5 days/ week
• Has interest in HR field to bring people happiness and success
• Good in English Language (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong client-service mindset
• Proactive, result-oriented, meticulous and responsible with high level of self-motivation, energy and initiation
