Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is an experienced Human Resources professional, who excels in customer service and has a broad range of substantive experience in various areas of expertise within the scope of Human Resources, most specifically recruitment. The incumbent plays a critical role on the TA& OD team and is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting experience. The incumbent’s role, is to with optimal results, attract, screen select and on board qualified and suitable talent to fill the personnel business needs of this organization. The goal is to attract the area’s top talent in order to fuel company growth, support organizational staffing objectives and further the mission and vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Study about jobs specifications of all positions and fully understanding of hiring needs; proactively create recruitment resources, ready for vacancies opened in the company.
- Implement to recruit THG vacancies, level 6 and below
- Receive and consolidate recruitment reports of THG and other member companies
- Coordinate with L&D team to organize Orientation Training for new hires
- Implement Employer branding activities for THG and coordinate to organize employer branding activities for member companies
- Manage SAP – SF for Recruitment and On Boarding parts, including THG and member companies
- Admin roles for THG Career Portal in THG website: Work with MKT/PT Content/ Internal Communication teams to develop contents for Career Portal; update information to Career Portal
- Participate in some OD implementation activities as assigned
- Completed other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

- Basic HR technical knowledge applying in different business context.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on handling core HR activities with experience managing Talent Acquisition of a medium to large corporation
