Talent Acquisition Executive

You are a highly active and dynamic sourcer / recruiter, in charge of all sourcing / recruitment activities, which include, but are not limited to:

* Recruitment planning
Drive ongoing recruitment planning / recruitment requests from BOD & hiring managers and plan accordingly;

* Recruitment and selection:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to compose / review job descriptions and job requirements for all positions;
- Manage TRG’s HR system & monitor candidates’ application progress in the system;
- Source candidates using multiple channels including social media
- Work with job post agents/ headhunting agents;
- Screen & shortlist potential candidates;
- Arrange interviews;
- Process interviews (initial via phones or face-to-face interviews or joining group interviews with hiring managers);
- Conduct hiring process including background reference & income checks, offer package preparation, offer letter;
- Perform staff on-boarding, orientation, office tours for newcomers.

* Staff exit process
Conduct exit interviews with employees, and fulfil termination process

* Employer branding
Coordinate with peers for recruitment/ branding events

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related majors;
- 3+ year experience in HR recruitment and/ or talent acquisition;
- Recruitment experience on IT & F&B field will be a big plus;
- Experience of ATS / recruitment systems is a big plus;
- Knowledge of related government regulations: Vietnamese Labor Code and other related laws and regulations (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Personal Income Tax, …);
- Fluent in both written and spoken English;
- Excellent recruiting & interview skills;
- Good interpersonal communication;
- Time & task management;
- Proactive and well-organized;
- Independent but also a REAL TEAM PLAYER;
- CAN-DO attitude, always willing to give things a go, willing to learn;
- Result oriented;
- Flexible, able to cope with a wide range of job demands and changing priorities;
