Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment (70%)
- Be in charge of recruitment target for all positions in company centers.
- Plan and arrange interviews, recruitment.
- Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff.
- Represent HR to work with other Departments regarding recruitment request.
- Advice and dealing with other Department when there is any issue during recruitment procedure.
2. Orientation training (5%)
- Be in charge of executing Training plan and policies for all staff
- Carry out employee orientation, development and training
- Support organize the training course
3. Employee Relation (20%)
- Plan and implement internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice.
- Other tasks required by direct managers.
4. Other (5%)
- Support foreign employees with process of visas, work permit, and temporary residence card

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Human Resources or related major
- At least 3 years experiences in recruitment
- Problem solving, Team spirit, Self-motivated, Independent and management skills.
- Good at Engish, excel, word, powerpoint
