Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Objective:
Maximizes both internal and external workforces that can meet business ambitions in the most sustainable strategy

Each TABP will be in charge Function(s) nationwide - Aiming to present the right role of TABP with bringing an in-depth understanding of functional operation then providing proactive sourcing services
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the end to end recruitment process per assigned Function(s)
• Maximize technology to support Talent Acquisition agenda
• Actively partner with HRBP and Business Managers on targeting & pipelining the right external profile
• Bring the best experiences of hiring cycle to all key stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers) which will enable our employment brand.
• Play a key role in TABP employment branding activities by leveraging successful social media campaigns
• Manage market intelligences, data base and that can serve a sustainability of our talent acquisition ultimate goals.
• Knows and understand the performance metrics that drive the talent acquisition

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
• 6+ years of working experience in managing multiple stakeholders and candidates in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of the local talent landscape, recruitment challenges, and ways to reach external talent pool
• Assertive with solid influencing and consultative skills
• Awareness of external best practice
• Ability to generate insight from data and generate action plans from data insights
• Ability to partner with HRBP and functional virtual team to deliver high quality service to client group
• Ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations
• Keen understanding and sensitivity to confidentiality
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
