Mô tả công việc
- To plan the resourcing budget and manage the resourcing expenses within the approved budget
- To forecast mass recruitment needs and make appropriate recruitment & team’s headcount plan
- To review & update relevant recruitment system, tool, policy & process to enhance recruitment quality &quantity
- To conduct a recruitment sourcing plan/activities to build up the company brand and strengthen candidate pool
- To manage the team to carry out recruitment activities to deliver qualified recruitment service to hiring departments.
- To manage employee performance (hiring fulfillment, SLA, quality of hiring, attrition rate, hiring cost) and propose appropriate actions to ensure hiring fulfillment meets business needs
- To manage the implementation of the recruitment process/ procedures/ policies in consistence & standard.
- To coordinate w/ HRBP to ensure the smoothness of recruitment activities
- To consult/ advise the Hiring Manager any problems related to recruitment activities to maintain good relationships with Hiring Department (Sales or Telesales, Collections, Operations)
- To develop the team by inspiring & fostering learning agility, following member’s IDP, coaching for members and building up a succession plan
- To perform other special tasks/ projects as assigned if any

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree majored in Business Administration/HR is preferable
- At least 3-year working experience at a similar position
- Effective communication/ interpersonal skill
- Good planning & team management
- Good observation, assessment, analytical & problem-solving skill
- Good presentation & negotiation skill
- Able to perform multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fair English speaking
